The sun is shining for a second day in a row and life is good. I am such a creature of the weather. It is a good thing the Seattle area wasn't as dreary as people make it sound, otherwise I never would have survived out there!
So we did manage a baked ziti on the table and served by 6 p.m. Phew! I completely forgot to make meatballs though, so good thing there was plenty of extra cheese to account for some protein in the meal.
Today's task is to finish up the office. It is the last bastion of chaos from the move, but now that I have a new desk and I found cute curtains, I'm ready to tackle the beast. I'll try to remember to get before and after pics, so you too can share in my joy.
And did I mention the sun is shining?? I even saw a robin in my backyard. Life is good.
