We're having the couch and big chair cleaned this morning. They're only two years old, but that's two years of use by boys who think any fabric is fair game when looking for a tissue or napkin.
Cleaning them is a loud, messy, expensive job; I know now why we don't do it more often (are there recommended timelines fo this kind of thing??). But in the end, I will have spot free, germ-free, goo-free furniture. Yes, it may only last for 24 hours (the time it takes everything to dry), but I will spend that 24 hours thoroughly enjoying our fresh looking livingroom.
Ahhh....domestic bliss.
