I love to see how different Tres is from his brothers when they were his age. Afterall, he has two older guys to mimic and learn from, opportunities his brothers (obviously) did not have. Here's a few things I've noticed.
He's wayyyy more into superheroes and boy noises (bam, splash, wooosh etc.) then Sparky and Catfish ever were.
He dresses much older. Now we're not talking about anything crazy, but at two he has no patience for Elmo or "cute" clothes. He's all about 'biderman and big boy shirts, no onesies thank you very much.
He wants to be just like them. I should have realized this was coming, but somethings don't make sense until they hit you in the face. Take knock-knock jokes for example. When an almost six year old tells them, they're humorous, cute even. When a four year old tells them, they lack the same consistency of the six year old's, but they're still reasonably funny. When a two year old tells them, it goes something like this.
Tres: Knock Knock?
Me: Who's there?
Tres: Gibba goo.
Me: Gibba goo who?
Tres: I dunno.
Over and over and over with fits of giggles. Highly entertaining to him. A bit trying on the momma. Once or twice and I can laugh. But the jokes just.won't.stop. But I do laugh. Because he makes me laugh. I laugh because he makes no sense and his brothers didn't know what a knock knock joke even was at this age, and because he's my crazy little knock knocker with 'biderman shorts and makeen cars.

Me: Who's there?
Madison: Banana

Me: Who's There?
Madison: Orange
Me: Orange who?
Madison: Orange you glad I didn't say banana?!
Ok that is kinda cute (well not after hearing it 5,000 times... but at least it makes sense). Well here's Makayla's version ..
Makayla: Knock Knock
Me: Who's there?
Makayla: Banana .... HAHAHAHAHAHA
And that is the end of it because she cracks herself up so hard she can't go on... lol!
