Spring, you were here. I know you were. I saw the lawn. We took a bike ride around the neighborhood. There were flowers coming up through the long-frozen ground. I almost washed and put away the snow pants.
But you've left us. You were just a tease.
So tonight as we get our expected 5-9 inches of FRESH APRIL SNOW, I'll think back to those last few days we had together. I know you will be back. Even if you come and go again, I won't be able to resist you. After a cold, cold winter, I'll do just about anything to have a few days of sunshine and warmer temperatures. I'm a weak woman when it comes to you, spring time. Afterall, you always bring me flowers ;-)

LOL wow, I feel kinda guilty for complaining about our upper-40*s/lower-50*s highs the past few days after weeks of 80*+ temps. But yeah, I'm ready for Spring to come back as well.
