Ideas to ponder from today's homily from Father Don Bosco......

• There are three truths in life.

1. God our Father loves us, created us in His image and finds joy in us.
2. God can always forgive us. If we don't trust in this, we will allow guilt to eat at us.
3. We grow as humans by serving others. If we don't seek to serve and to understand then we stay in perpetual adolescence.

• The kingdom of God isn't on earth, it is in our hearts.

• Trust in your intellect, for it is a God-given gift. But listen to your heart, because it is the voice of God.

Wow---just what I needed to hear. In a short and sweet homily that really gave me something to ponder. Hopefully it enriches you as well.
